Submitting an order does not require Hugs2Hold to accept an order that we cannot reasonably complete.

Some Hugs2Hold products require customers to send clothing, fabrics, or other materials to our studio.

By sending an item to Hugs2Hold, you confirm that:

• You own the item or have permission from its lawful owner to use it;
• You authorize Hugs2Hold to cut, alter, sew, reshape, embroider, and otherwise permanently modify the material;
• You understand that the garment generally cannot be restored to its original condition once production begins; and
• You have removed money, jewelry, documents, or other valuables from the garment before shipping it.

Customers should not send materials they are unwilling to have permanently transformed.

Different fabrics behave differently during the keepsake-making process.

Older, worn, thin, stretched, damaged, heavily decorated, delicate, or unusual materials may require reinforcement, design changes, or alternative construction techniques.

Hugs2Hold may contact you if a garment cannot reasonably be used as originally requested.

Where reasonably necessary to complete an order, you authorize us to make minor construction decisions consistent with the overall customization requested.

Hugs2Hold products are handcrafted rather than mass-produced.

As a result, minor differences may occur in:

• Stitching
• Fabric positioning
• Pattern alignment
• Shape
• Dimensions
• Stuffing
• Embroidery placement
• Color appearance

These natural handmade variations contribute to the unique nature of each product and are not necessarily defects.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all information submitted for personalization, including:

• Names
• Dates
• Initials
• Messages
• Spelling
• Colors
• Placement instructions

Hugs2Hold is not responsible for an error that appears in the completed product because incorrect information was supplied by the customer.

If Hugs2Hold makes an error that differs from the information correctly submitted with the order, contact us so that we can review the issue.

Production time begins only after Hugs2Hold has received the information and materials reasonably required to begin the order.

Any production or delivery timeframe shown on our website is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by custom requirements, seasonal demand, availability of materials, customer response times, postal delays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

When sending sentimental garments to Hugs2Hold, we recommend using an appropriately packaged, tracked shipping method.

Shipping and delivery services may be provided by independent carriers. Hugs2Hold does not control carrier networks or delivery schedules.

Because Hugs2Hold products are made to order and may involve the irreversible alteration of customer-supplied garments, cancellation and refund rights may be limited once production has begun.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

Qualifying Hugs2Hold keepsakes may be eligible for our lifetime repair offering.

Repair coverage is intended primarily for qualifying workmanship issues such as stitches or seams that loosen through normal use.

Repairs may be limited by:

• The availability and condition of the original fabric;
• The nature of the damage;
• Prior unauthorized modifications;
• Excessive wear;
• Accidental or intentional damage; or
• Circumstances that make a safe or reasonable repair impractical.

Contact Hugs2Hold before returning any item for repair.

Memory bears and similar Hugs2Hold products are primarily intended as keepsakes.

Some products or customizations may contain small components, decorative pieces, weighted materials, embroidery, buttons, sound modules, or other elements that may not be appropriate for unsupervised use by babies or young children.

Customers are responsible for using the product appropriately and supervising children where necessary.

The Hugs2Hold website and its original content, branding, photographs, designs, graphics, written materials, page layouts, and other intellectual property are owned by Hugs2Hold or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, modify, scrape, exploit, or use Hugs2Hold content commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

If you submit photographs, wording, artwork, logos, designs, or other content for use in a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use that content.

Private photographs, garment images, or personal information supplied only for fulfillment of an order will not automatically be treated as permission for public promotional use.

Hugs2Hold will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including:
